Probiotics are the Super Pills for the Digestive System

I am a longtime health and fitness nut and have just recently stumbled upon probiotics. And I have to admit that these pills are amazing they are good for you in so many ways.

I first began hearing about probiotics on tv commercials for different yogurts that claimed to have healthy bacteria that would help improve your digestive system. I tried those and never saw any real results. Then I stumbled upon Acidophilum Probiotic dietary supplement pills at the local vitamin shop. These specific pills contain over 3 billion active cultures in each capsule which is a ton more that those little cups of yogurt. I am going to be honest I saw the effects within 24 hours!

The reality behind these super pills is simple and I have already mentioned it but here it is again. Each probiotic pill contains billions of active bacteria cultures. These are the exact same strains of bacteria that are naturally found in your stomach and intestines that help produce enzymes and break down your food. So it makes perfect sense that by adding more cultures through these probiotic pills it will speed up and improve your digestive health.

Now for a little real world application. The reason why I believe in probiotics is simple they work. I have a day job where I spend nearly 10-12 hours a day behind a desk. So that doesn't really sit well with me, being the active guy I am so by the end of the day I would feel sick and bloated. I hated it. But now all I do is take one proboitic pill at night before I go to bed and the next day I feel great and by 5 o'clock I can leave the office for the gym without feeling bloated and gross.
